Muscle Building Tip – How Long Should You Train?

I generally recommend fairly short training sessions. How short? I think you should be in and out of the gym within the hour including the your warm up and cool down. The resistance training component should normally be about the 40 – 50 min mark, although it could be shorter. Train short, train hard and go home.
