One of the “problems” with being successful with your training efforts is your clothes not fitting properly or at all. I recently started wearing my short sleeve business shirts again after the winter period and received some great feedback on my training when I found that I could barely fit my arms in the sleeves. For somebody who rarely trains his arms directly, this really reinforces the value of basic compound exercises. The next question is “When will I outgrow them completely?”
ZMA is useful for improving the quality of your sleep. For me, ZMA tends not to induce sleep as much as deepen it. Expect your dreams to be extremely vivid! My athletes, when travelling, or when under heavy training loads, usually included 2-3 ZMA capsules before bed.
