“Musclefast” – the basics

“MuscleFast” is of the perception that bodybuilders can gain maximum results with a type of training that places emphasis on heavy weights during the early part of the training. To build muscle fast, a reverse pyramid system is used. In this method, a bodybuilder can gain muscle fast by starting with heavy loads, alternating or cycling both reps and rest periods.
