Casey Viator was the youngest winner of the Mr America competiton at age 19 in 1971. Professionally, he won several Grand Prix titles in the early 1980′s and came third at the 1982 Mr Olympia. He is also well known for training under Arthur Jones, the developer of Nautilus training equipment.
In the “Colorado Experiment” Casey gained a total of 63 lb in lean body mass in 28 days. In the experiment Casey who had had lost a considerable amount of muscle mass following an accident prior to the experiment, trained using Nautilus equipment and high intensity training techniques. Although he was regaining muscle that he previously held, it is still a phenomenal achievement.

Larry “The Legend” Scott won the first ever Mr Olympia in 1965 and he followed this up with another win in 1966. He overcame what was considered to be poor genetics for bodybuilding and had the Mr America and Mr Universe titles to his credit before he took the Olympia title. He is considered to have a pair of the best biceps in bodybuilding history and attributes his long and full bicep development to an exercise he invented, the “Scott Curl.” Here is a short video of Larry at the 1965 Mr Olympia.
With a competitive career spanning over 30 years, Chris Dickerson has won most of the major titles in bodybuilding including the USA, Mr America and MR Universe. In the professional ranks, he was one of the most competitive bodybuilders of the late 70′s and early 80′s and won a number of pro shows culminating with his win at the 1982 Mr Olympia.
