Six time Mr Olympia (1992-1997) winner, Dorian Yates is a proponent of High Intensity Training (HIT.) He has the reputation of pushing his work sets to the extreme, well beyond positive failure. As well as his Mr Olympia success, he won a number of professional titles in the mid 90′s. This video has his posing routine and a brief interview from the 1993 Mr Olympia.
Mr Olympia 08
Just over two weeks now to the biggest night of the pro bodybuilding year. Will Jay take home his third Sandow or will Dexter or one of the others take home the prize? What will be the outcome of the much publicized showdown between Dennis Wolf and Phil Health? With Victor Martinez, Warren Branch and Kai Greene all out with injuries, it certainly opens the way for some new faces in the top 6. We will find out the answers on the Olympia weekend.
