Getting Big and Strong

I thought it was time to revisit the basic formula you need for putting on muscle and building strength. You have to address all 3 categories to get the best results.
You need to:
1. Train big but don’t overtrain.
2. Get plenty of the right nutrients at the right time.
3. Get plenty of rest
Remember that without addressing these issues, you’re shooting yourself in the foot when it comes your training results
