Big Exercises – Big Muscles

Most if not all of your training routine should be focused on basic compound exercises. How much muscle is a couple of sets of pec dec going to give you compared to some serious weighted dips or benches? So here are a few of my favorites.
Deadlifts – regular, sumo, romanian etc
Squats – regular, hack, front etc
Bench – regular, close-grip, incline, decline
Weighted Dips
Cleans
Bent Rows
Chins – various styles
If you base your training around these exercises and train hard (and smart) – your are giving yourself a good chance to get some big muscles and fast.
