The Supplement Pyramid

Mike Roussell in Your Naked Nutrition Guide discusses what supplements you should use in relation to a supplement pyramid.
At the base of the pyramid is basic (must have) supplements which includes protein powders and fish oil. The next level is the performance enhancers like creatine and BCAA’s. At the top of the pyramid is the experimental supplements like muscle growth supplements. Mike gives a structured approach to taking supplements and includes a way for you to test the effectiveness of the experimental supplements to find out which ones work for you.
