Revisit Your Goals

The Olympia for this year is over and now it’s time to get your focus back to your own training. If you haven’t done it for a while, revisit and confirm your goals and ensure that you are doing what you need to accomplish them. Are you getting the results that you want? If you are great – go for it! If not, you need to examine your current program and make any required adjustments. Look at your training, eating patttern, supplementation and your rest and recuperation. What can you do to improve your current program and implement it.
There are of course some provisos here, most importantlly don’t make any training program changes if you are just a couple of weeks into a new program, you need it give it an honest chance. You can take the same approach for your eating pattern unless you are putting on fat too quickly.
OK, enough thinking, now it’s time to train.
