Try Some Strongman Training

Do you need a break from your standard training sessions but still want to build some serious muscle, strength and power – start doing some strongman training. Pushing cars, throwing empty kegs, flipping tyres, doing farmer’s walks and pushing or pulling a sled will really give your strength and power a boost. These exercises can help you develop functional strength and power that you can use in sporting competition and in real life.
