Forearm Size and Strength

A client of mine wanted a simple training/exercise option that he could use at home to improve his forearm strength (not neccesarily grip strength). My suggestion – buy a light sledgehammer. A sledge can be used in a variety of ways to work the muscles of the forearms including figure 8′s, radial and ulna rotations and wrist abductions and adductions. when you start training with the sledge, hold tthe handle close to the head. As your strength increases, you move your grip closer to the handle.
