Strongman Training – Tyre Flip

The use of techniques from the world of strongman training is a great way of spicing up your training and giving your body a seriously hard training session. The Tyre Flip is a kick butt exercise that works the whole body. Just be warned it is not easy and there is a risk of injury so don’t go heavy too fast and ideally get some instructions and training from somebody who has some experience.
