I thought I would just mention some of my favourite exercises to put on heaps of size.
- Deadlifts
- Squats
- Cleans
- Chins
- Bench Press
- Bent Over Row
- Dips
- Overhead Press
This is obviously not an exhaustive list but these exercises will be a good base if you want to be big and strong.
