Exercise Variation

For every exercise you do, how many variations can you come up with?
Let’s look at the deadlift for an example. Here are a few of your options.
- Powerlifting Style
- Olympic Style
- Sumo
- Snatch Grip
- Romanian
This is not even a a complete list, there are plenty of other variations out there.
It is important to have variety in your training but at the same time I don’t think it is necessary to to change the base exercise, in this case the deadlift vary often. All you need to do to keep your exercise variety high and boredom low, is to change the variation of the exercise you are doing.
